Good location close to bars and restaurants, and about equidistant between ferry drop off and railway station. Had a room at the rear of the building which was reasonably quiet.

We had a very nice, spacious twin bed room as were travelling as friends. Very clean. Got safe battery fixed and good as included safe. Had shower gel (although needed refilling!) shampoo, handwash and handcream. Had bath and shower arrangement, which I prefer. Also a minibar! Good shutters too to block out light and also aircon. TV modern and good size and free WiFi. Lighting in room nice too. Sink plug was faulty but a minor detail. Staff were very responsive and helpful. The buffet breakfast was first class. You can order also cooked breakfasts as you wish in addition. Only drawback is whilst parking is next door, it's charged for so we parked elsewhere FOC 13 mins walk away after Googling "parking gratuito" in area. Thought there was a bar in hotel but there wasn't but no matter as place is heaving with nice, very reasonable bars and cafés. There's one just opposite if weather bad that is dirt cheap! All in all, I'd highly recommend. We stayed for 2 nights just to see nearby Cádiz. It's perfect for this whether by ferry, bus or train.

I stayed here with friends for a stag party (which must have scared the hotel staff a bit). They treated us very well. Comfortable and clean rooms, with what is necessary to be comfortable. I also really liked the cafeteria with different rooms. It is true that it is in the middle of an important nightlife area and people are literally partying at the hotel's door, which can be a handicap on weekends.

¡¡Cuidado!! Dejan tirado en las últimas semanas. Tenía reserva para el 29 de diciembre con ellos desde agosto y a pocas semanas me lo cancelaron dejándome tirada para una cita médica que tenía un familiar. Lo peor es la poca clase de cancelar sin avisar ni pedir disculpas porque ni me llamaron para decírmelo o facilitarme otra fecha u otra habitación y que mienten dado que tras tener que llamar yo a pedir explicaciones me dijeron que no podían alojarme por cierre por obras hasta febrero cuando tienen todo el calendario hasta febrero aun abierto para cobrar nuevas reservas. ¿Cierran por obras los apartamentos y también el hotel que está en otra calle diferente? Poca formalidad, nula. No reservéis con ellos si queréis la seguridad de que no os dejen tirados de último momento y tener que buscar otro más caro de última hora porque yo cogí con bastante antelación porque sabía que ahora cerca de las fechas navideñas sería más difícil y caro. Supongo que es lo que han querido hacer ellos, echarme a mí para subir precios.

Una experiencia fantástica y escoger este hotel, la mejor decisión. Situación inmejorable, cerca de todo y parking por 9,95 €/día. Relación calidad-precio excelente; el personal super amable, sobre todo la simpática Marta, un modelo de profesional en la recepción de las que no se encuentran fácilmente. La habitación muy confortable con aseo impoluto, camas muy cómodas y cero ruido, a pesar de encontrarse en una zona de pubs y bares muy concurrida. En definitiva, volveremos a alojarnos en este hotel sin duda cuando volvamos por el Puerto de Santa María. Lo dicho, experiencia inolvidable.

El personal muy amable, y desayuno, pero el hotel necesita una gran reforma está muy muy viejo y se escucha todo, está muy céntrico pero mucho ruido ya que hay discotecas al lado y pubs, necesita pintura, el baño es asqueroso porque toda el agua de la bañera se cae al suelo, no lo recomiendo para nada.
