Room looks like it was goin to fall apart. Fresh burn holes in blankets and sheets. And on top of that I only needed the room for not even 2 hrs and still got charged full price . Not cool

When I checked in I asked front desk attendant to please give me a clean room. Upon entering room I started to inspect room and found mice dropping on the box frames and also blood stain indicating trace of bed bugs. When I asked for refund they stated I’ll get it in two days and never did.

The bolt lock on our door was broken so when put a chair in front of it. The floor was dirty but the sheets seemed clean.
The staff stared at me when I checked in and out. They didn't smile and I felt uncomfortable.

This building is practically in need of being condemned. The heating system did not work, with nighttime temps falling in the 40s. There were no blankets just the coverlet. Wallpaper falling off the walls. The bathroom was clean. The people were nice. But just terrible

our greet wasn't very nice. our 1st room had bugs. our 2nd room had water damage and mold. Asked for refund couldn't be put back on my card so we hope to get our money back.

A lot of roaches stayed 3 days never did i get house keeping to come ask if i need clean towels or bathroom paper and people out side my door all timese of the night making noise never again will i be back .
