The room was spotless, and the disposable toiletries provided were quite substantial. The service was attentive and welcoming. There's a swimming pool available. The housekeeping staff were generally diligent and courteous, and even the automated delivery robot was polite to guests.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to Mount Emei Scenic Area, making it easy for sightseeing and dining. The air conditioning deserves a special mention; it's rare to find one where all the buttons are clearly labeled with their functions, which was a pleasant surprise. However, perhaps because the hotel shares its developer with the surrounding residential complex, its main entrance is almost indistinguishable from the residential gates. This, combined with a lack of prominent signage, makes it very easy for drivers to miss. I hope they can improve this. On another note, the hotel breakfast was quite good, though the watermelon didn't seem very fresh and the texture wasn't great.

The service was absolutely unbeatable! The front desk staff noticed I was quite tired and proactively moved me to a quieter room, where I slept incredibly well. The gym was also spotless, which was a huge bonus for anyone looking to work out. I'm already looking forward to my next stay!

The room was great! The bay window even had a super comfortable cushion that became a perfect play area for our two kids. They loved it so much that they actually chose to sleep on it instead of the bed! Inside the lobby, there are long sofas for guests to relax on, and they even provide games like Gobang, Chinese chess, and LEGO blocks. It's truly ideal for families traveling with children. The indoor heated swimming pool is 1.2 meters deep, making it perfect for kids. The outdoor hot springs are nestled within a tranquil bamboo forest. The serene setting, with wisps of steam rising, creates a truly Zen-like atmosphere, making you feel as if you've discovered a secluded paradise. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes. For lunch and dinner, guests can also order from the hotel restaurant, which offers reasonable prices and guaranteed hygiene. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience. We will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Mount Emei.

The hotel is excellently managed with attentive service. The rooms were spotless, and the breakfast selection was abundant. The hot spring baths were also wonderful. We even enjoyed the robot service this time, which was a delightful surprise! It's an excellent choice for anyone visiting Emei Mountain. We accidentally left an item behind after check-out, and the hotel promptly contacted us and graciously mailed it back to our home free of charge. We are truly appreciative!

My initial impression of the room was a bit disappointing; it wasn't as spacious as I'd expected and felt quite compact. The front desk service was good, and the outdoor hot spring was very photogenic. However, on the second day, when more guests arrived, the cleanliness of the hot spring declined. We saw paper cups and many leaves in the pool that hadn't been promptly cleaned. The hotel's location was very convenient for shopping and other amenities.
