Rooms are a roof with 4 walls. Manager slammed our doors and decided he would stay outside and watch us. Gunshots fired outside hotel and fireworks lit. Rooms need serious renovation and furniture either dusty or stained. Food was basic and either undercooked or overcooked. Awful place and we will never return. People crying over my being able to sleep due to outside gunshots

We stayed at this hotel for New Years. Well placed for a weekend skiing Friendly welcome from hoteliers who speak French Small room but enough to sleep Good value for money Varied breakfast

Aunque nos ha tocado una habitación aun no "actualizada/de nueva reforma" , (cómo aparece el las fotos publicitadas en la página del hotel), no ha faltado ningún detalle para hacer que nuestra estancia en el hotel sea totalmente agradable y muy recomendable! El personal del hotel un 10 en todos los aspectos, mucho calor humano, consideración para los clientes, ayudando con mucho cariño y amabilidad dándonos soluciones y apoyo incluso por algún que otro problema surgido con nuestro coche ajeno totalmente a las atribuciones del hotel! Dña. Carmen y el Sr. (Creo que el director), igual que los recepcionistas y el personal del comedor, muy muy amables, sonrientes, profesionales! Los desayunos y las cenas un 10 de nuevo, (enhorabuena al cocinero), muy variado y al gusto de cualquier paladar, incluso de los más exigentes! Seguramente volveremos! Hasta pronto ❤️

Sin ninguna duda, no repetiré. Lo prioritario y básico al pagar un hotel es que te garanticen el descanso e higiene. Pues ni una, ni la otra. Después de las jornadas de esqui cuando al día siguiente hay que madrugar, un viaje de estudios corriendo por los pasillos e incluso les montan una discoteca hasta las 12 de la noche. Sobre la falta de higiene las habitaciones y baños sucios, incluso cuando dejas la toalla en el suelo para que te la cambien, principalmente porque no seca de la ducha de la mañana a la tarde porque la calefacción esta capada , la cogen del suelo y te la cuelgan sin cambiar. El primer dia se nos inundo la ducha porque no tragaba el desagüe, el agua tarda hasta 20’ en salir caliente, no había jabón en la ducha, la tapa del inodoro rota, en resumen este hotel de 3 estrellas puede pasar por un hostal mediocre.

Habitaciones sucias con polvo,no cambian toallas aun dejandolas en el suelo,se quedan sin existencias de bebidas,en comedor zumos de maquina,tambien se quedan sin existencias de colacao para niños, Trabajan lo justo y con lo justo...suerte ahi supermercado cerca para poder abastecernos,fiestas de adolescentes a las noches por los pasillos que no te permiten descansar...decepcionante.

Mi estancia en sus instalaciones fue una verdadera pesadilla. No solo encontré estanterías inaceptablemente sucias, sino también un baño atascado y colillas de cigarrillos bajo la cama!! La falta de higiene es inexcusable, independientemente, de si se trata de una habitación estandard o superior. Espero que para garantizar la salud de los futuros huéspedes solucionen este elemento básico, la higiene, y estos no tengan que soportar esta negligencia. Este problema lo comentanos con dirección y su respuesta fué: haber pagado una habitación superior. Esta respuesta muestra una actitud elitista y clasista. El precio de la habitación no condiciona la higiene. Además nosotros habíamos pagado por una habitación doble y nos encontramos con una habitación adaptada para minusválidos (ducha a ras de suelo sin mampara y con asiento, soportes en el WC, etc.) con una cama individual y una supletoria. La respuesta a esta queja fué la misma que la anterior: haber pagado una habitación superior. Espero que este mensaje sirva para alertar a la dirección del hotel sobre su pésima gestión. Es inaceptable que se ofrezca un servicio como este.
