Hotel is close to the beach and freeway. Room has fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Very simple but functional.

When I first got there I received room 221 I believe. I had to leave there because the bathroom tub evidently wasn't cleaned. So then I was moved to room 212. It was a little cleaner but the T.V. kept powering off. So i took the plug out to reset it and it will work. There must be a short with the plug. Lastly, the refrigerator didn't stay cool enough to keep the drinks cold. The picture for the hotel and location doesn't reflect where the hotel is. The picture makes the hotel look like it's actually on the beach. When we got there I was like wheres is the beach?

It's centrally located, the room is clean and has everything you need. The bed is comfortable even if the room is a bit small. Service is nice. Parking spaces are sufficient. There is also a small, sweet breakfast package to go.

I stay in a suite. Clean and neat rooms, clean towels clean sheets. Excellent customer service!

Stained sheets, leftover food from previous guest, leaky faucet, dingy chipped paint, dirty walls and carpet; the inside of the microwave was burned and dirty. Was charged a fee for using the safe when I didn’t- called to get it refunded, still waiting on refund. The photos online are very misleading.

The property is very outdated & we found roaches by the microwave one of the nights. The shower tub felt like if it was going to break or snap. Makes sense why the rates are so inexpensive in such a nice area that Encinitas is.

It is nice that it is located close to the highway but you also hear it in the rooms.

Older property but doing well. No frills, does have a small pool. I walked just about everywhere I wanted to go in town and all the way down to Cardiff. Dining options close by. Grocery store across the street. Staff took care of my extra coffee needs.

After waiting for the clerk to show up and getting checked into the room, the first thing I noticed was the toxic chemical smell that made my eyes water and turn red. The bedspread had yellowish brown stains all over and the corner of bathroom entrance looked like it was crumbling with a pile of white powder. The overall appearance of the room was pretty gross. I picked up my bag and just left. Didn’t contact ******* because I had a timeline to do my job and didn’t have time.

Terribly advertised. Room and bed smaller than described. Very dark and old inside. When I brought up the mattress size, I was encouraged to read the mattress tag. The plain fact that ******* had to contact the property to authorize the remainder of my funds for time to not stayed inn; was insulting. Low budget properties in high end communities, to attract the class that cant afford Encinitas prices.

This property was not well managed. It was in a great location but it is past it's time for a face lift. dated bathrooms and aged furniture. There were bugs in the room, daily room service was not provided unless specially asked. This was not verbally advised upon check-in but in written notice....not necessarily noticed by a tired traveler checking-in. Notice had to be given at check-in or before 10AM. After three days we never received service.

Bed was very comfortable. Shower had great hot water. Only one cup for the coffee pot in room and there were two of us. No telephone in the room. Missed having all the tourist pamplets in the check in area too.Staff were very friendly!
