The instance has been good. The comfort of the bed, pillows, location, cleanliness... all good really. The only thing that is strange is that there is no one to receive you. It is a phone that you call to enter and then on a screen to talk to a person to get the information and they give you an access code to the room and the hotel. Yes, it is true that they are there 24 hours a day in case you need something, but hey, I imagine that is the future.

Everything was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was super attentive and very well located. The restaurant downstairs is amazing.

Excellent organisation, being a smart hotel I can give this opinion for the switchboard operator as I didn't meet anyone in the hotel.

I liked the room better than last time, especially the bathroom.

La recepción es online, pero muy buena. Camas cómodas. Lo malo el ruidito de fondo como de un generador.

Tutto bene tranne che non era specificato che il servizio di reception era gestito da remoto. Ci è voluto solo un po di più per entrare ma nel complesso è andato tutto bene
