Premier Inn London Enfield

Not bad

It now costs 7 pounds to park overnight in the hotel car park. In future, I will consider Travel lodge as they do not charge for parking.

I always stay at this hotel whenever I visit family in London and always reccommend to family and friends when they are looking for somewhere to stay as it's close to the M25 and the staff are always nice and helpful. Exceptional service from reception staff, very helpful and check in prompt. I could not have asked for a better service from Marjan and Letesha when I checked in today

We have stayed several times in this particular Premier Inn, and it has never disappointed. Plenty of parking (£5 a day) and about a 10-15 minute walk to Enfield Lock station, with direct connections to Tottenham Hale and Liverpool Street. The 121 bus is also close by. I’m 71, and I must look my age, because they offered us a ground floor room (which I accepted!) Sunday night is a good-value time to stay, especially near London. The place is well run, and everything was as it should be.

Top service clean and tidy rooms with enough space for family room and really comfy beds will be looking forward to come back soon

We were very disappointed with our stay, the room was in a poor state of repair with exposed broken electrics, a floor that was uneven and sank when stepped on, rubbish under the beds, air con front panel was broken with exposed wires. When it came to breakfast, there was only one person front of house, rushed off his feet and trying his best to clear tables and seat people. just to be told that we might not even get breakfast because they were so busy. The final straw for me was when we left and the vending machines did work, so couldn't even get a drink to travel with. A very disappointing stay and not I expect or experienced with Premier Inn

Overall good value for money. Very convenient if travelling by car as it's right by 40mph route leading towards Central. Comfy beds, nice bed pillows, not bad cleanliness. Few minor issues during our stay but all eventually resolved by the staff on the day. Definitely worth upgrading to premium rooms.

Marjan and Klaudia are alway happy to help great customer service. Always smiling, when i lost my room key for a third time in the night they sorted me out without hesitation! Thank you again! Premier inn should employ more Marjan and Klaudia!
