Here at the moment and can honestly say that if you’re looking for an entirely chilled holiday with great food and drinks, low-key entertainment and quiet, comfortable areas to laze around the pool and beach, then you should definitely consider booking this place. There have been a few ******* (shower in room wouldn’t drain, trouble with safe not locking) and although it took a couple of times of reporting to the desk, it got sorted eventually. Could be because it’s the beginning of the season and things take a while to get up-to-speed. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable with kettle, hairdryer (decent power as well) and fridge. The only complaint is that there are no mirrors with decent lighting and plugs aren’t in the best of places. It’s a fairly long steep walk to the beach so wear comfy shoes! We booked with TUI, and they seem to be the main problem to be honest… the flight changed to a company I’d not heard of with, the transfer from the airport was an absolute joke (they waited for a few planes to arrive before any of the coaches left which meant we were hanging around for a LONG time - best to consider a private taxi, trip is approx 30 mins to resort), and they quoted £180 on their website to keep the room for a late check out on our last day (the hotel charge €130 so much cheaper!) We upgraded to All Inclusive once we arrived, at the cost of £50 per person per night, WELL WORTH the extra money, food and drinks can’t be faulted in any way. The staff work so so hard here and will go out of their way to help with anything you need. I would definitely return when in need of a relaxing break. If you’re looking for a slightly more upbeat a**osphere then look elsewhere.
