This is supposed to be a four star hotel, but that’s at least two stars too many. Dirty rooms, poor quality food and too far away from Cochin. On the positive side, the staff on reception were helpful and tried to make things better, but the issues appear endemic within the hotel and there wasn’t much they could do.

The location of the hotel is very good and easily accessible to lot of attractions. The rooms are neat and clean. Bathroom is bit small. The hotel staffs are friendly. Overall comfortable stay.

Excellent value for money. The rooms are good, modern and well thought out. The beds is comfortable. And everything is super clean. The staff is polite and helpful. The food prices are very reasonable.

I stayed at diana heights with my family (2 adults and 2 kids) for one night stay. The stay was superb and enjoyed our stay much. Positive : the room was having enough space to accommodate all of us. The amenities provided was up to the mark. The hospitality of all staffs were amazing. Overall it was very good experience.

Easy to reach, good and neat rooms. Room service is excellent. Staff behaviour is excellent. Good and tasty food at reasonable rate. Over all is excellent.
