Bathtub was somewhat slippery - a tubmat would be helpful. The hairdryer was too far away from the mirror to see well drying hair - longer cord would be helpful. Eggs at breakfast were cold and toaster didn't always work. When you could get the attention of the front desk people, they were friendly and helpful.

The staff was very hard working and accommodating. Unfortunately the ice machines in the hotel were not working but a staff member went and got me ice from the restaurant next door..

The website noted free airport shuttle, front desk said that wasn't offered then the next person said it was. We were already checking out. Place is tired looking. Room was clean and ok.

If you do not drive, the apparent proximity of this hotel to the Fairgrounds and St. Josephs theater is greatly misleading.

When we got there the receptionist was rude. We were put in a room with a terrible odor, non working AC and the bathroom door didn’t close.
We were put in a different room with the curtain that was ripped and the seams were partially hanging down. AC was partially working.
Breakfast area the AC was broke and only partially had a cover, showing electric cables. Not safe!

Very clean although you can tell by the bathroom they are doing renovations. They changed the mirror in the bathroom and there are wholes in the wall around the mirror. Included continental breakfast but only open until 9:00 a.m. both morning we woke up slightly after 9:00 as we were there to attend concerts, would recommend extending the breakfast to 11:00 in case people are out late. This location is near the fairgrounds and most people we spoke to at the hotel attended the concerts

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel itself may need some updating but overall it was clean, the staff was nice and friendly, it was quiet and easy to get to on and off the highway. I would come back.
