Our stay was absolutely one of the worst hotel stays we have ever had. The first night the heating wasn't working so we looked at the thermostat and saw the batteries were bad. I went to the front desk looking for new batteries and the receptionist went back to the room with me to fix the heater. Then the sink would not drain. She said that none of the sinks drain in the hotel because the plumbing in the wall is bad. I used the coffee maker once and it was terrible. I had to ask at the front desk for a hair dryer and clean towels as they didn't clean our room. When I got back to the room I found the phone wasn't working and the tv wouldn't stay on. The clerk came up and told me you have to use both remotes and push three buttons to make it work. Those instructions would have been nice somewhere near the TV. The phone not working was of no concern to her. The breakfast was terrible. We went down a little before 9 AM to find cold rubbery scramble eggs, cold shrived up canadian bacon and watered down apple juice. At 9:10 AM a gentlemen came to close down the breakfast!

There was blood on the bed blanket that didn’t look like it had been washed. Loud from the hallways. Bathroom sink tap loose/falling off and hard to turn on.

Dee, Maddie and the rest of the staff were excellent and the atmosphere was very friendly and our stay was great. We had our three dogs with us and all the staff were great and and accommodating with our animals. Definitely recommend this hotel for anyone especially if you have pets.

This trip was a overnight getaway for a show in the area. Hotel wasn't busy during our stay but was undergoing some work being done like painting.(no big deal). Checking in was a breeze. Had a issue with tv not working once we got settled in but front desk sent a clerk up to fix it for us.

Wow! Can't say enough about this place. Amenities, clean, great indoor pool, super staff, great breakfast all at an incredible price. If you need to stay in Bridgeville, this is the place!!!

My stay was very pleasant. The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. Even though it is located right off the highway you don't hear the traffic. Breakfast was good. I will definitely recommend my family and friends to stay here. I will definitely be booking again.

We drove 12 miles out of our way to stay here because the Laquinta hotels have always been so nice. That was not the case this time. The lobby looked very nice, but once we took the elevator to our floor, it got bad. The hallway walls were all torn up, the carpet was old and ugly. The glass that used to encase the fire extinguisher was missing. Wallpaper peeling off everywhere. Ice machine was out of order. The bed had a big sinkhole in the middle. The rooms did not coincide with the beauty of the lobby, nor of the other Laquinta rooms we've had in the past. There was only 1 small trash can in the entire room. I had to go to the front desk to get a hair dryer because they don't supply them in the room. This place needs some serious updating! You can't just have a beautiful lobby and let the rest of the hotel suffer!
