Señores desde que llegué al hotel fueron muchos problemas agua marrón (foto en chat), puerta con bisagra rota ( cambio de habitacion), la leche del día miércoles del desayuno estaba cortada, toallas en muy mal estado, al final detalles que el consumidor y la empresas valoran para Volver a tener una experiencia con ustedes, nosotros que venimos a trabajar debemos estar cómodos y preocuparnos por la cosas relevantes de nuestro día a día y no por cosas como estas

Conozco el hotel por temas de trabajo desde hace varios años, y sigue siendo una muy buena opción. Los muchachos son amables, pero se nota a leguas que no recibe suficientes turistas para mantenerse; paredes dañadas por la humedad, manchas y óxido en los accesorios metálicos, falta de personal, tuberías en mal estado (el agua huele a óxido), etc. Como muchas cosas en este país; se va deteriorando poco a poco.

Buena cama , buenas almohadas Fondo interno de la poceta sucia , curtida (han 318) Tapa de la poceta sumamente deteriorada , manchada luce desagradable El desayuno muy bueno Mal atención del personal muy buena , muy atentos todos inclusive los que atienen el bar y el restaurante muy respetuosos y muy atentos Saben tratar a los huéspedes

Las instalaciones se encuentran bien conservadas, el lobby es agradable para reuniones puntuales. Excelente atención, las habitaciones muy limpias y con todas las facilidades en óptimo estado. Solo deben mejorar un poco el servicio de internet. Recomendado.

Excelente atención de los empleados, las instalaciones muy bellas y lujosas incluyendo la piscina y el restaurante, la habitación muy amplia y acogedora con camas grandes y un baño espectacular, agua caliente y toallas limpias, solo que en la habitación deberían colocar filtros para la cafetera, revisar el secador de cabello y hielo en la hielera y revisar que las puertas cierren adecuadamente (habitación y baño)
