Facilities are really lovely. However customer service need to be improved generally. Food and entertainment are ok. The best tasting food is at Captains market restaurant. Enjoyed bowling.

Incredibly underwhelming. I'm not even sure where to begin. Under no circumstances is this place worth the money. Let's dive in: First off, when you think of "Adults Only" resort you think of an exciting time/night life, plenty to do etc. Lol, no. It's not like that AT ALL. The pool and hot tubs close at 5pm. Yes, you read that correctly, 5pm. I have no idea why they close it so early. The restaurants all close at 10pm, and most things that are supposed to close at 11pm (coffee shop etc) close early. The location states they have a bunch of bars/clubs. That's a joke. They have a sports bar that closes at 11pm and a dance club that closes at 2am, problem with the dance club is that the Djs yell over the music the entire time so people get tired of it and leave less than an hour after it opens. They are terrible at reading the room and knowing what patrons want.
This place is great if you're retired and wanting to be in bed by 10pm. If you're younger and wanting a fun night life with late night menu (every time we went to the late night menu spots they would just make up whatever they wanted to make, completely abandoning the menu) this is not your spot. Bowling alley closes at 1030 as well, literally everything closes so early with so limited options. Complete waste of money, if I could go back I would've picked a place that isn't so lame. I have other issues as well with room service etc but really just this place having nothing to do after dark should be enough to avoid it

First time in Jamacia and the experience started out horrible. They were overbooked and we spent two days trying to get situated with our correct room on the correct property. We only got to enjoy 2 days of Jamaica because of it. If they ask you guys to stay at their other property due to overbooking, please decline. We were supposed to get a refund for our first night, but conveniently noone knows anything or has yet to reach out! Beautiful place, horrible service!!

Not enough sun chairs by the pool or at the beach. People are reserving all sun chairs with their towels, even though they’re not using them. Pool noise and music are too loud. Missing room towels on 2 out of 7 nights stay. Checkin service is terrible. Overall food and the stay does not qualify for a 5 star resort.

Would rate this property higher but my disappoin**ent was the check in process. The first day and second day was wasted trying to secure our rooms because they over booked. Finally got settled but that put a bad taste in our mouths from the beginning. In addition the aggressiveness to sell you other membership plan did not help. Other than that it was a nice resort with good food and fun activities.

Overall my husband and I enjoyed our kid free time. Worth noting: if you are not a privilege club member, alcohol options are very limited in terms of quality. There is sometimes an option to purchase but that kind of defeats the purpose of the all inclusive. Also, note worthy, the beach… the non-privilege side (which is literally the same beach) has almost no access without water shoes. It’s solid rock, so no water shoes, no access. However they seemed to have removed the rock from the privilege side of the beach. Overall the beach swimming is very small anyway.
The service was incredible, they are very aggressive to try and give tours of the property for their H10 membership.
Everyone was very friendly and cash tips are seemingly expected. Plan to have lots of singles to basically tip every drink you get, every meal you have, any extra help you receive.
We likely will not revisit this property but only because we want to visit elsewhere on our travel list.

Overall, we had a good time here. Staff were great, very friendly. Pool and entertainment was also very fun.
Things we found not to good: very difficult to obtain change for, say a twenty, in order to have tip money. Food was typically not hot, at least to our liking. Buffet especially, but even at the ala cart restaurants. The best food, hands down, was the Jamaican Grill, and Mike's Coffee was always good too.
