During my recent stay at the hotel, I experienced a smooth check-in process and was pleased with my room's sea view. I had pre-booked a room that included breakfast, which was delicious. I also had the opportunity to use the spa facilities, including the swimming pool and steam room. I made a mistake by booking a massage; the rooms are nicely designed; however, the loud noise coming from outside the room from the reception area (a metre or so away) was unbearable! The phone rang many times, and the man answering the calls talked very loudly. Many gym users were arriving and making lots of noise, and I could hear the music coming from the gym. Plus, the room was very cold, and the masseurs' hands and the oil were cold. When I passed my comments to the man at reception, he told me there was nothing he could do about it, and that was the end of that. Although the massage itself was nice, due to the location of the cold rooms being in the hallway of a very noisy area, I do not recommend you book and pay for a noisy, cold massage. Please save your money and search elsewhere.
