房間衞生乾淨整潔，進店服務熱情，有免費停車場，還有洗衣房，入住後馬上把臟衣服洗了，第二天退房箱子裏清清爽爽的，下次來住宿首選

白玉蘭酒店是錦江集團下屬的酒店，地處房縣市中心，酒店門臉一般，但客房內部設施很新，且佈局合理，我預訂的房間面積足夠大，卧具也很舒服。在入住過程中出現一點小問題，酒店前台及工作人員立刻給予了妥善的解決，服務熱情到位，點贊👍酒店前後有免費停車位，停車方便。周邊商店餐館較多。

白玉蘭品質沒的説，房間超級大，設施很新，附近特別熱鬧旁邊就是生活廣場去購物美食應有盡有，早餐還不錯，工作人員態度好，停車方便。

房間環境不錯，全新的，電視很大，床很舒服，喜歡他們家的枕頭，前台接待熱情周到，幫忙提行李，周圍就是大商場，購物廣場吃飯都很方便

服務態度不行，房間沒有放肥皂，晚上洗衣服要肥皂給前台打電話不給，説是四樓不提供肥皂，但是下的訂單裏面顯示提供肥皂，就恨很不能理解這種操作，虛假宣傳嗎，水喝完向前台詢要也不給，堅稱每天一個房間的瓶裝水是固定的不能多給，住了這麼多酒店第一次遇到這樣
