房屋性價比超高，進屋眼前一亮，房屋南北通透，大客廳，大陽台，夠寬敞！房間乾淨，床品潔白，坐在陽台風景怡人，可看潮起潮落，又能見紅樹林中的白鷺翩翩起舞，非常愜意！房東人很熱情好説話，很愉快很享受的一次入住體驗，必須好評！

首先我説一下房間大小，房間真的很大，可以住6-9個人，其次就是還可以打麻將，超舒服，第二天一早我還拍到了海邊的日出，簡直不擺了，並且這個附近的消費也不貴。還是很不錯的，唯一的缺點就是防城港對於旅遊開發真的不傷心，坐車啥的都不方便。

衹有一個電梯，並且10樓按鍵沒有反應，衹能去9樓按。這兩天風大，隔音一般般風噪大的我失眠兩晚。能看海，不過和小河溝沒什麼區別。廚房大。房間門必須反鎖才不會彈開有點無語。位置來講不錯。

房東人非常好，位置緊鄰海邊，房間在10樓，陽台可觀海，出小區可沿海遛彎。床不軟不硬，睡着還比較舒服。屋裡有麻將桌。

三室兩廳，都有空調，麻將桌，有一個大陽台，是自住房改造成民宿，廚房有很多餐具足夠，部分調料，消毒水花露水也有，我們是6個人，足夠住，很乾凈，，離得不遠就是商業街，，唯一就是正大門要走樓梯，不過也有側門

因為是一家四口，需要三張床，所以選擇了店家。晚上睡的很舒服，每個卧室都有空調，重點是有紗窗，沒蚊子。地段也很好，海景房，路邊停車位多，周邊飯店也很多，是去防城港家庭住宿的好地方。
