客棧位置非常好，在陽台上看夜景很美，離跳巖，遊船碼頭，雪橋都很近，遊玩很方便。

幫朋友預訂，朋友反饋很不好。下水道發臭，無法解決。房間沒有水壺，老闆讓自己到樓下小店取，衹允許使用一次後要送回小店。鳳凰不缺遊客，建議老闆能有改進。

商家回覆還是挺快的。
設施：衹有付費停車場停車一天大概50-80元，空調製熱不行，門漏風的太寒啦，晚上聽到空調主機聲音，唉；
衞生：表面還算過得去，細節不行，床單初步估計都是洗衣機自己清洗的沒有使用高温清洗。
環境：房子衹值房價的5/1，剩下錢當付款景色啦。
不會再訂系列。
