The hotel facilities are outdated and should be simply refurbished in 19 years. Renovation in 19 years is simply fooling the guests.

We stayed in room 138. Walked in to a horrible smell, and then proceeded to carry on with other things. Later on in the day we are getting ready for bed to see stains on the pillows and sheets along with peoples hair who’s was not ours. Went to shower to find mold on the ceiling of the shower along with many spider webs and even more hair on the shower floor. Fine place to sleep but would not come back again. While it was a cheaper hotel there is still a level of cleanliness that is needed for a comfortable stay.

I usually come here when I have to be in town. However, I was a little disappointed when the front desk mixed up my reservation with another and was accidentally charged more than I wanted. However, the charges were reversed and I got my room with little complaints. The front desk was professional about the incident and apologized. The room was good, no issues, just a minor complaint of the heater needs some cleaning since my allergies were acting up when it would start blowing.

A train went by like every 10 minutes and kept me awake all night! No sleep. Ruined the next day of my Vacation as I was so tired!

We had a long drive check in was fast and staff was amazing! For the price it was a really good experience the jacuzzi tub and shower where so relaxing after a long trip. Only thing is the bedding could really use a good wash other than that everything was on point!

Rooms at this motel are called suites. We stayed in a "petite suite", which was an ordinary motel room. That was perfectly fine for the price, but wouldn't it be nice if words meant things? Other rooms were not labeled "petite", but appeared to be the same size from the outside.
The king bed was comfortable, but the room was too small for it. There was nowhere to sit other than the desk chair.
Our rear-building, second-floor room had a good view of the railroad tracks that run through downtown Flagstaff. (The motel is a short drive from downtown.) Railfans will enjoy the sight and the rumble of the trains that pass by almost constantly.

This place was gross. There was hair in the drain and it looked like there were bed bugs. Would not stay. Gross and unsafe.

Have stayed before, always stay here when I'm Flagstaff. This is the only property that has in room jacuzzis. Property is a little dated and could use some TLC but otherwise a great place to stay. Have never had an issue
