Best thing about this hotel is centrally located. 3 mins walk to Duomo and other places in no more than 10 minutes. The room was a bit small than I expected. Interior decoration is classy with all high quality luxury materials. Breakfast was quality but not a buffet. Bed was great. Staffs are helpful.

Very exquisite boutique hotel. As soon as you enter the door, you will be taken to the bar and served a welcome drink. Excellent location. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is also very rich.

Very bad experience, one of the hotels with the highest city tax in Europe, and each room has a different charge. Only two people are allowed to stay in a suite, and if you bring a baby, you have to pay an extra person fee

The room is relatively clean, with complete facilities and Italian 🇮🇹 decoration style; the location is excellent, in the city center, and it is easy to walk to the main attractions of the city; the safety factor is relatively high, and the service attitude of the staff is relatively good; a small episode: I don’t know why the lights suddenly went out at night, and the hotel staff handled it immediately after informing them.
