It couldn't be worse. There was no reception at all. I made many calls but couldn't get through. The merchant still refused to refund the money. I had to spend money to book another hotel. Bad review! 🤌🤌🤌🤌🤌 Don’t even book with him

The location is very nice. Hotel Information good. Room is very clean. Checkin last time is very early. There is no wifi in hotel.

The bed was a single bed but on the bigger size which was nice however I am not used to not having a duvet - they only provide one thin sheet… Wi-Fi and A/C were great. The room seemed clean at first but the moment I sat down on the bed, I have noticed some spillage next to the table, then I realised the sheets had stains as well as the bath sheet… The bathroom sink and toilet were clean but the shower had streaks of water on the walls and door… floor had several dark hair strands that were not mine as I am light blonde. It’s a shame cause other than that, it would have been an excellent place to stay but unfortunately it’s a big issue and I felt very uncomfortable staying here.

Check in algo complicado pero el hotel se encuentra en una muy buena zona, cerca de todas las atracciones turísticas, el hotel estaba limpio y la cama cómoda, lo único es que el jabón que ofrecen para la regadera no se veía de tan buena calidad
