Excellent location in Florence. Great staff and good breakfast in the courtyard.Good restaurants close by too. The picture in my review is from the trattoria down the street.

I was passing through Florence and stayed at this wonderful hotel! The renovation is good, the staff is helpful and the breakfast is very tasty!

Great hotel that is centrally located in Florence. All major attractions were within waking distance. They have an amazing breakfast! When we got there they upgraded us To a mini-apartment on the main floor. My only complaint was the air conditioning in that unit did not work well and the room was very hot. The units were too small for such a large space. Overall, great stay in Florence!!

Everything about the hotel was great - from the friendly and knowledgeable staff, who welcomed us warmly, to the beautiful, tranquil courtyard garden, well-presented rooms and delicious breakfast. Location is good - everything is just a short walk away. Would highly recommend.

The hotel is very well located and the people who work in the hotel are very kind. The bathroom was very small and the shower barely fit one person. The breakfast was very good but the time to serve only began at 7:30 am.

The hotel is ok but the room was a sauna. The air condition did not work neither did the bathroom ventilation. I guess the owners know it and cannot be bothered to have it repaired. In Florence apparently anything goes. The room was at street level ,no shutters ,so its practically impossible to have the window open for fresh air at night. Maybe there are some better rooms, but ours was nr.1 Not recommendable at any time. I personally d'ont belief that hotel owners d'ont know the conditions theire rooms are in. To me this place is a no go.
