We stayed in apartment 8. When we booked we were told there is an attendant at desk in duty. We were there for three days and never saw anyone. We locked ourselves out of the apartment and was told someone would let us in electronically. We waited 30 minutes and no help was given. We found a key in the reception desk that got us into the room. (Probably would have gotten us into any room. SCARY!) The air conditioning worked minimally. There were three of us staying and it was very crowded. Would recommend only for two. The pull out sofa was very old with worn out mattress. It was a most uncomfortable stay. The location was great. I wish we had more good to say. Hoping the other apartments are better than ours. Don’t stay in #8.

Top rooms, very efficient and professional staff, excellent restaurant with quality products cooked on the spot, generous portions, also excellent, the convenient location near the highway is close to the city of Florence and its surroundings. They also accepted our cat without any kind of problem. Definitely recommend to try the restaurant and also the really very good pizza like all the dishes not to be missed is the citrus semifreddo!!!

Ho prenotato questa struttura all'incirca un mese fa e 4 GIORNI prima della partenza mi è stata CANCELLATA SENZA MOTIVAZIONE la prenotazione. Ora, capite, che ha 4 giorni dalla partenza con un viaggio organizzato nei minimi dettagli per l occasione riorganizzarlo e trovare un altra soluzione non è stato facile. Non avrei preteso tanto, ma semplicemente ricevere un messaggio almeno di scuse per l inconveniente. Ho provato ovviamente anche a contattare la struttura telefonicamente, ma anche qui nessuna risposta. Potete avere anche le migliori stanze, ma la serietà arriva prima di tutto.
