This hotel was brilliant. The staff were so polite and helpful and the location was unbeatable!! Our room was kept clean throughout the trip and we were pleasantly surprised with our room view 😍😍

I am very impressed after staying at the hotel!
Pros: excellent staff - competent, knowledgeable employees with a sense of humor. Location - in the heart of Florence.
View - lived in a room for one guest, with a view of the Duomo and a balcony. It's just a fantastic view, I just wanted to look and not leave the balcony.
Cleaning every day, everything you need is nearby, the main museums are a 10-minute walk away.
Keep in mind that the location implies some peculiarities - until 23:00 there are concerts and crowds in the square near the Duomo, and from 07:00 the bells can wake you up. I didn't care, so I am immensely pleased, one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in! Thank you!

It looks like a strange basement, but the electricity is arbitrary, the room is cold, the water in the shower does not drain, and I thought it was a waste of 3 stars. I changed my room the next day, but I wondered if it was the same hotel in a completely different world.
