The host was helpful and courteous - great location steps from the Duomo. A note that you are almost too close to the city center - if you want cheaper prices/more authentic food - be prepared to walk a bit. The room had a bit of street noise (again - location), but not bad! The room was spotless, spacious, nice bed/bath and other amenities.

easy to check in with instructions of house to reach the building. close to florence cathedral and everything else. room was large, pleasant and clean. tea and coffee facilities, shower gel provided. iron and board. beds made daily. would stay again

My 2 stars go for the very good location 20m from the Santa Maria de Fiori cathedral, the hotel has many shortcomings, from the discomfort of going up to the 2nd floor (which with the sections look like 4) to the poor quality of the Wi-Fi, which It didn't work, and they said yes, I had to disconnect the modem and it started to work better just then, and the hair dryer, for example, worked for 30 seconds and didn't work anymore until it cooled down, I wasn't comfortable, it was cold and I didn't they turned on the heating at all
