Absolutely amazing! So friendly, central and very quiet. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit key places of interest in Florence. Extremely safe area , will be back for sure! Having spent 4 decades working in travel and tourism , this is an absolute gem!

Great place to stay ! B&B but no breakfast as establishment changed to only bed :) Still fantastic! Central location and such a spacious room. Access to kitchen and fridge so you can store any snacks etc. Owner always prepares some bottled water in the kitchen so it can be taken to the room.

This is a fantastic place to stay. Very central but still quiet so you get a great night's sleep in a comfy bed. Room was charming with very good AC. Added bonus of a kitchen in the property so we could chill a bottle of wine to drink on their roof top garden terrace. Hosts extremely helpful in signposting us to places in the city. Wouldn't stay anywhere else. Fabulous!

Firstly prior to our arrival, communication with Andrea was first class. On arrival he gave us a map and marked places to eat and places to go. He also gave us great advice on using the bus (only a few minutes walk away) to get to the train station - only 1€ and few cents versus €20 for a taxi. Our room was fabulous - a large bright airy room with air con and a huge bed and incredible patterned ceiling. The room had 2 large shuttered windows overlooking the street. The bathroom was very well appointed with a large double shower The location of this B&B is perfect, just a few minutes walk to the busy main streets

A little difficult to find but once you do you will like it! Location of the B&B is great ! You are within walking distance of major sights, restaurants, shopping too. The hosts are very nice and welcoming. They provide a city map and suggestions for restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. There is a hair dryer too. I would stay again.

Stayed a long weekend in B&B San Remigio room 2 in Firenze in April 2024 and enjoyed our stay a lot. B&B San Remigio is ideally located at the edge of the historic center of the city, close all attractions, cafes and restaurants and yet on peaceful side street. Very nice old building, spacious room with high & beautifully decorated ceiling, modern bathroom. Good breakfast was available at discount price at next door cafe. Our host was very responsive and helpful, he gave us several good tips how to enjoy our stay. If and when ever again in Firenze, we will certainly check availability at B&B San Remigio.

We really enjoyed our stay at B&B San Remigio while we visited Florence. Andrea (owner) was extremely friendly and he was helpful when it came for asking for restaurant recommendations and things to do. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The B&B is right in the heart of things, which was great for sightseeing. Be aware that taxis are not reliable, probably due to the heavy pedestrian/foot traffic and it is hard to navigate the streets for them. Our prearranged taxi did not show up on the day we were flying out, which resulted in us walking over 1/2 mile on cobblestone roads to the train station with our heavy suitcases in tow. Obviously not the fault of the B&B but I recommend allowing for extra time if you need a cab for the airport or train station.

I cannot fault the location the middle of everywhere. A very informative host gave us lots of helpful info on places and how far they were from the hotel on the map. Clean room very spacious biggest room on our trip as we stayed in 3 places. Didn't see the host again after arrival but messaged on what's app if needed him and he replied. Sat on the terrace on the evening could do with a light as very dark with nothing, same with the staircase as I was scared to ring an apartment door instead of turn a light on which I did once. Good place to take own drinks and food as great kitchen area. Not noisey at all as some reviews quote this. Would stay again .
