bullet point is best: pros: *Near airport and local restaurant at Il Genio (but don't order pizza) deserts are pre-packaged in freezer. *Very nice receptionists. Will call a cab for you *Large unit (unit 8) *quiet room *reasonable price. Things to be aware of, could be cons depending on what you want: *no breakfast provided, although there were some mostly pkgd sweets. *the key was a super pain to get in (after 5pm). It was difficult to turn, took a long while. Maybe it was just that key. *the room seriously could have been cleaner. Not great in that regard. *almost no water pressure, but was a nice shower. *bed is very firm, pillows, okay. *The only transportation if you don't take local bus, metro is taxi--to the airport. *A/C, even though it was cooler outside, the AC at night only got to 23.5C-75.5F. *There are a few steps here and there, even with the elevator. *see pic, safe is super tiny. Ok for passports, cards.

Il pavimento sporco un solo televisore posizionato su un frigorifero così rumoroso da non poter riposare una cucina senza un fornetto e senza lo scolapasta posate non sufficienti Come piatti le ciotole dei cani e per finire la cameriera in tarda mattinata entra nell'appartamento come se fosse casa sua e senza bussare....diciamo può capitare La mattina dopo ore 9 bussa un'altra cameriera per svegliare mio marito Ore 9.45 mio marito carica i bagagli in auto e mia figlia si sta finendo di vestire. Risultato entra la terza cameriera che vede mia figlia in mutande dice scusa e riesce dall'appartamento. Mai visto tanto schifo tutto insieme

Ho alloggiato a Villa Aruch per motivi ben lontani da un soggiorno di piacere. Nonostante ciò, è stato quanto di più gradevole avessi sperato. In ogni angolo, esterno e interno, la villa offre buon gusto, arte, bellezza, originalità. L'atmosfera è accogliente e piacevole. Ho apprezzato molto anche la disponibilità e la gentilezza. Complimenti davvero! La struttura si trova poi a pochi minuti a piedi dalla tramvia che collega direttamente col centro.

Appartamento spazioso e silenzioso,angolo cottura ben fornito, bagno ok,doccia grande ma l'acqua dal soffione usciva con il contagocce perché era tutto incrostato. Mancanza di tapparelle e scuroni, solo tende, per chi desidera il buio è da considerare. Molto comodo il parcheggio interno gratuito. La tassa di soggiorno non dipende dalla struttura ma è vergognosamente alta, € 5.50 a testa a notte.

Wir übernachteten auf unserer Italienrundreise 1 Nacht in dieser Villa. Das Zimmer war hell und sauber. Gegen den Aussenlärm wären besser isolierte Fenster sicher eine gute Lösung. Die Douche-Kabine war für mich mit 1,80m zu klein, ich konnte mich darin kaum bewegen und schon gar nicht bücken. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Reservado como hotel. Não tem limpeza diária do quarto, não há troca de toalhas nem reposição de papel higiênico. Fiquei 4 noites. Não vi funcionários. Na recepção, sempre CHIUSA.

Per una tappa veloce a Villa Aruch la struttura è immersa in un ampio spazio verde. Silenzioso anche se in città e con tutti i comfort utili. Discrezione e professionalità. Camere ordinate, pulite e accoglienti. A questo punto il soggiorno è stato troppo breve, ma contiamo di rimediare.

Venu en vacances en Italie découvrir un pays non connu. Nous avons réservé à la Villa Aruch pour 2 nuits le 23 et 24 août 2025. Nous avons été hébergés dans le logement n°5, très bien restauré, logement typique mais une grosse déception sur la propreté général du logement ainsi que la literie défectueuse et sale : sommier du canapé lit détérioré (mes ados ont très mal dormi),oreillers et matelas tachés (absence d’alaise), calcaire lavabo, beaucoup de moisissures sur la faïence de la douche, état général du sol médiocre, toiles d’araignées au plafond. J’ai omis de prendre des photos en espérant que mon commentaire suffira pour vos prochains voyageurs.
