Since I was staying in hotels in Europe for several nights, this hotel was a great place to feel warm hospitality. It was a bit of a walk from the station, but it was a convenient location for sightseeing. However, the entrance was hard to find and it took a while to find the door. The staff were all lovely and smiley, and they were happy to provide guidance tailored to each country. However, the shower had little water, and on both days the hot water ran out halfway through the second person's shower, which was difficult.

We booked a 4-person apartment, which had two queen beds, but when we arrived, there was only one bed. The front desk told us that we needed to contact them in advance to add a second bed, so why is this room called a 4-person apartment and why is there two beds in the room information? Secondly, the elevator in this hotel is very old and risky. The facilities in the room are also old, especially in the shower room. The shower water pressure is very low and leaks, and it is very troublesome to adjust the hot and cold water, making it difficult to use it normally. The hotel is in a good location, croissants are delivered in the morning, and the staff are very friendly, but there are no advantages.

Very good. My mother and I arrived at midnight by plane and sent a message to the hotel in advance. They arranged it quickly. Although it is an old-fashioned apartment, it is very clean and warm. There are fresh fruits and bread for breakfast every day, as well as milk and juice. The location is very good. The hotel staff are very warm and helpful. There is a glass-top rooftop on the top floor where you can see the dome of the cathedral. It is very pleasant to sit there at night. Right next to the Duomo, downstairs is the travel center, very close to everything, the front desk is very welcoming, and they also provide croissant breakfast in the morning, which is very good. I recommend staying here when traveling to Florence.

The room is very big, croissants are given in the morning, and the small kitchen is cozy! Downstairs is the Baihua Cathedral. The facade is relatively small and hard to find, but the hotel is very nice! !
