Highly Recommended. The place is so clean, quiet, and safe. It is located near many tourist areas like the Duomo and Academia. The sisters were very attentive to our questions and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again in the future.

We were guests of the Casa per Ferie Regina del Santo Rosario for four nights. The property is located near the city center, within the ZTL. Santa Maria del Fiore can be reached on foot in 12 minutes. There is no elevator. The house does not have parking, nor is street parking permitted for non-residents; the alternative is a private parking lot at a cost of €20/night. The room and bathroom are designed with maximum simplicity, with limited space for luggage and clothing; good cleanliness. The rooms overlooking Via Giuseppe Giusti are very affected by street noise, even at night: the rooms overlooking the internal side are definitely preferable. Breakfast – exclusively sweet – is also very basic: fresh products are missing, except for bread. The common areas are interesting: the outdoor garden and the TV/reading room. WiFi is available and fast. The property is managed by the nuns of San Filippo Neri, present at reception at certain times and always very kind: a special thanks to Sister Miriam, very attentive to our needs. Exceptional value for money for a property so close to the city centre.

A monastery of Franciscan nuns about 20-30 minutes walk from the Florence Cathedral. The rooms are basic, but clean, with a bathroom, without TV and fridge. They are cleaned every day. Breakfast is not particularly good (packaged croissants, hot drinks from a vending machine, fruit juices in tetrapacks, packaged jams). The nuns are very kind. The monastery has free internal parking.

Nice, clean, air-conditioned b & b. Good breakfast. There is a wonderful little garden where you can have breakfast in good weather. Quiet neighborhood. 10 minutes from the Duomo. PS: wonderful welcome from the nun at the reception! ＜ 3

Excelente!!! La ubicación,la limpieza, el Wifi, el desayuno completisimo también brindan la comodidad de una heladera comunitaria que ayuda muchísimo y como plus un bonito Jardín.
