this hotel was GLORIOUS - I am SO GLAD I continued on through Memphis at night and looked for something on the other side because this hotel was absolutely fantastic - super efficient desk clerk, great rooms, EXCELLENT breakfast, very very attentive overall - I drive cross country frequently and will absolutely be making a note of this hotel as THE place to stop, a great hotel makes all the difference on these long trips

The gum is a joke, pool is outside and the room was not serviced. Too expensive for the area.

There were many people shouting, slamming car doors, and overall being loud in halways, after 10pm, making my family have a difficult time sleeping.
The check-in process was completely different that the other 4 check-ins we'd done through ******* on this trip. We love Hampton and choose them quite often, I like using the ******* app for booking our stays, however the checkin process should be the same at each of the stays.

Five of us stayed in a large room for up to 6 people--2 Queens & a sofa sleeper--with our 2 dogs for one night. We had plenty of room, even with the dogs large cozy comfy floor bed. Upon arrival the room smelled slightly "doggie," but we had dogs so did not mind at all. And I always look at the floor corners for cleanliness, and these were a little scummy. Pet relief area very nearby and easy to get to with bags and trash bins. The bed was very comfortable. Large TV for the Super Bowl. Great looking hot and continental choices for breakfast. Friendly staff. Zero complaints. Highly recommend.

The breakfast was not very good. The rims were small and dingy and bathrooms needed a massive overhaul. Property difficult to get to
