The room was a studio apartment and all remodeled . It was beautiful . All of the staff members were so nice and helpful the only little problem was the hundreds of sugar ants but it’s ok it was still worth it

Like everything in the area, they'll charge you for basically anything "extra" but the location was decent and the rooms were clean.

The room is not as I was expected.

Wonderful location. Close to beaches and shopping. Parking is an issue. You must pay to park your car overnight. I believe it was $20, maybe $15. Otherwise you park in city parking spots that also require a fee and moving your car around to new spots as many don't allow overnight parking. The room was musty and I found a cockroach in the bathroom. Even so, at this price point, at this location, I would recommend to young people looking for a cheap place to stay.

The room was clean nice TV with useful apps ,the bar and the volcano rock pool make a nice combination.I will definitely return

As for value in the area compared to other hotels you really can’t get better. We needed a place to stay for three nights and every other hotel in the area We were looking at paying much more. The rooms are small but they look recently remodeled and are clean and comfortable. If you want to spend a $1000 or more on a room for three nights than great, you can get one of the other hotels, but if you’re looking for something that’s still on the beach and actually affordable and still nice than I would recommend staying here..

It was super nice but I don't understand why breakfast is not included in a 3 evening reservation if not very good hotel I was very satisfied

The environment is average, the room is clean and well-equipped.

Location was right near the beach, you will have to pay for parking additionally and a deposit. If you are just looking for a place to sleep, it's great but could have been a much better experience.

The staff were excellent, the room was okay but the hotel is under renovation. So the room was somewhat renovated and some areas still needed attention. The website should advise you of the renovation been done before you book.

Was not aware hotel restaurant under construction, although place across the street pretty decent. Pool not open 7 pm one evening, although they said it was open until 830 pm. Could not lock front or back windows to the unit which was on ground floor.

Overall the hotel was nice and renovated. There were some parts that were still under construction but it didn’t affect our stay. There was plenty of parking but it was more expensive than the website said it was supposed to be. It was $19 something per night instead of the $12 it says on their website. We were able to park right under our hotel room so we can keep an eye on the car. The area seemed safe and quiet. There is a shuttle service to the airport which is convenient but it’s $35 so keep that in mind. Although the room was nice and had everything we needed it was not very clean. There was hair and dirt all over the floor. We found a random dirty sock from a previous guest on the floor next to the bed. The bathroom mirrors needed to be cleaned. Loved the balcony! Convenient location right near the beach and the best price among other hotels in the area.
