Hotel check-in and check-out are very simple. The hotel heating room is very noisy. Although the breakfast is relatively monotonous, it is clean and hygienic.

It was difficult to communicate with cleaning staff as they did not speak English. I was going to use the treadmill but it was 84 degrees in the exercise room!

Property was clean and well maintained. Cleanliness of room was good although the cleaning itself was at times a bit unreliable. Wi-Fi worked great only in the lobby in the room we had little to no service. The lack of any form of front desk staff made it feel disconnected and it was hard to feel as if anyone was actually in charge at the hotel.

Was really not happy with the check in and out being done with a person on a screen. Besides the fact that it means there is only one person available to help, it felt very impersonal. The breakfast also left a lot to be desired.

I did not like the check-in process. There is no live person at he front desk. You talk to a person on a computer. The process takes too long. Just awful. Will not return.

The hotel and staff who are on site are lovely. The set up with off site workers manning the check in desk was awful. The people working through the computer were fine, but it was cumbersome and frustrating.

Very nice and clean with a contactless check in/out process. The ac in our room wasn’t cooling at all. I told the reception in the am and they responded they would let management know.

There is no one at the front desk. Check in is automated who’s went smoothly. However, there is no one monitoring access to the hotel. Observed what appears to be several homeless people in the lobby - one gentleman has been standing at the courtesy computer for several hours.
