Nice experience during our stay, staff was very helpful and friendly.

Average business hotel. I like the designing at the lobby thou.

Older hotel with a few drainage issues and older amenities. It was offset by the amazing staff, excellent customer service, and cleanliness! Reasonably priced and close to the freeway!! I woukd definitely higgly recommend and stay again

The room smelled, the towels were dirty, the floors were uneven, there were cracks in the walls and ceilings, and the tank in the toilet was empty and would not flush

Front desk staff were pretty short with me during check in. Thankfully I was only staying 1 night and I used the contactless check out the next morning. It wasn't like the lady was rude she was just very indifferent and frigid.

I didn’t have an ironing board in my room and for a king size bed they had 4 very flat pillows. Unfortunately I was woken a few times by drunken adults after 3am yelling profanities throughout the hallway and none of the employees said anything to the individuals.

Good location off the highway. Easy on, easy off. Check in staff were good. Free coffee station in the AM. Breakfast Buffett is $12 pp. McDonald’s across the street. Hotel is old and definitely needs refurbished. See photos.

The staff were very nice and the breakfast was good. We slept well, the bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. The condition of the property made it feel run down. The doors to the rooms, the lighting in the hallway, the scratches on the walls and in the elevator, the decor in the lobby didn’t make it feel like a nice motel though we paid nice motel price for the room. Also, there was a sign in the elevator asking people to not leave a review if it wasn’t an 8 or higher.

When we checked in staff was more interested in telling me about the night life offed at the hotel than all the extra fees that were applied to my bill after the fact. When I made reservations I told them that we had a dig with us paid fee then was charged additional pet fees as well as some type of extra charge in case we stole a TV or messed up the room. Place was dirty toilets in room very hard to flush. Cleaning staff all spoke Spanish and couldn’t even understand when I asked for clean towels called front desk asked them for clean towels never got them. Finally took them myself off maids cart. Just very poor for a Radisson hotel.

My husband and myself made reservations in Fort Worth because it was reasonably priced. Our first morning there was a cockroach on the curtains then went to shower and no hot water. Thought the problem was resolved but no found another roach and the next morning into the afternoon no hot water. We checked out and found somewhere else to stay.

We enjoyed the hotel and the location. The room was comfortable with a chair, microwave, fridge, and a place to hang clothes. The bed and pillows we’re comfortable. We had an issue with the hot water in the shower and they fixed it immediately. We will stay here again.

This stay was mixed. The good - staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool was great and well maintained, breakfast buffet good. And now the Needs improvement: 1. hot water in shower was not adequate, barely warm and then not warm at all, 2. strange that we were unable to charge desk market items, snacks, etc to the room, 3. luggage carts were missing, given the size of the hotel, you need several more, 4. restaurant couldn't sell beer, only the bar ?? 5. quesadilla at the restaurant inedible, too greasy 6. clean bath towels unavailable when asked at mid day, ( laundry not finished and provided to maids?) Saw them delivering towels to the room next door at about 9pm. Overall, the stay was fine, and the issues I believe were primarily due to lack of staff. What staff was available was very friendly and helpful when asked, but you had to ask and you had to find them. We will stay again, but I hope the water temp is better and you have at least half a dozen luggage carts.

Cold showers all weekend, had to go to a friends hotel for a hot shower. Woke up to roaches in my room.

It has the feeling of a run down motel. Our room was clean except for the room phone. My bed was fine, my friends bed was hard and creaky. My mini fridge was just below room temp, my friend’s was almost frozen. If you need to stay in the area and it’s the only option then stay there. If you can stay somewhere else, you might.
