Great hotel in a very central location. Free mini bar, stocked with decent drinks. Room was clean, quiet and large. Checkin/out was smooth. The only negative was that the pool situation was hectic and messy. I would absolutely stay there again.

Great spot in the valley to stay close to everything. The service desk staff are friendly and helpful. Chrome cast and Alexa speaker are a great addition to the room. Free minibar that is restocked daily. Will be back again soon!

Every thing about my stay at the Ovolo was great. I was very impressed with the size of the room (I actually felt guilty that I had such a large space to myself because the room is bigger than the apartment i live in!), the decor was beautiful, very modern and the free mini bar filled with snacks, beer, wine, soft drinks, waters etc was an unexpected surprise. Reception was welcoming and personable and it was a real delight talking with the staff. They also have rooms that cater for dogs (ALL dogs, not just tiny dogs) which means I'll be bringing my canine companion with me next time I stay here.

Convenient transportation, easy to walk anywhere, restaurants, bars and cafes nearby. The room is large, the equipment is new, and the front desk staff is very friendly.

Nice hotel located in a cool precinct that offers dining and convenience to better parts of the Valley and Newstead. Staff were attentive and friendly. Skip the GYM if you are thinking about using it. The equipment is tired - two machines broken - and it is dirty. I know it's the onus of the user to wipe down; many don't and as such the hotel needs to maintain it. The aircon is leaking thru cracked ceiling tiles around the vent and it is just not a very enjoyable space.

Ovolo Fortitude Valley is a sassy, sexy and sophisticated place to stay - from the decor and awesome vibe as you walk into the foyer as you are greeted by fresh and friendly staff to the beautifully appointed rooms, the beds are big and so comfy, free minibar and snacks is a big surprise and delicious. The rooftop pool and area is fantastic to catch up with friends and my breakfast was absolutely yummy - thank u Ovolo I will be back !

Loved my stay at Ovolo. Convenient location with great rooms. Not many sun lounges at the rooftop pool so often unable to get one was the only downside to an otherwise wonderful stay.

We stayed there 3 years ago and we really liked it but it was very disappointing this time the room had no character and the air con was very very noisy. You have to pay $60 for parking which is not mentioned when you make the booking it says parking available not Valet parking which is a bit misleading. I did call beforehand to reserve parking and was told "no problem we have plenty of parking". I will never stay there again.
