設施傢俱老舊，廁所不通風，被褥潮感，，窗外施工七點多開始超級吵，整體舊舊的。反正以後不敢再入住了的哎

1. 酒店外面正在施工，環境噪音明顯
2.由於廣交會前期，訂房客人多，我們訂的是套房，中午到達酒店無法入住，經過和前台服務人員溝通，暫借一個標間讓我們短暫休息直到下午2：30才入住
3.管家服務積極，講解到位
4.酒店位置不錯，離千燈湖公園近在咫尺，遊覽方便
雖然非酒店原因存在施工噪音，但是良好的服務和絕佳位置彌補小小遺憾，還是不錯的入住經歷，如果想辦法把電梯裏面蚊子及時消殺就更好了

看評價服務好才選擇的這家，但是
第一：預訂時備註了需要換乳膠枕和一張單人被，到酒店已經晚上11點了，入住沒看到，致電前台説沒有，並且要我掛電話去掃二維碼找管家，既然我已經在跟你通話了你是不是應該直接處理好呢？這個時間點根本不存在繁忙時間，前台的態度很討人厭，她覺得這不是她應該處理的問題！
第二：早餐品種很少，並且口味不佳，基本的速溶咖啡都沒有，一家三口入住，我一個人下樓吃早餐，門口工作人員態度惡劣，沒有一點笑容，説話態度好像欠了她幾百萬，不想做就不要做，做什麼服務行業。因為一個人吃早餐，拿了橙汁和粥放在桌子上，等我河粉做好拿過去橙汁和粥已經被收了！！！你們餐廳員工看不出沒吃沒動過嗎？真是無語，沒有下次了
