Starry Four Sea Hotel

The room was nice, but the bathroom fan in my room didn't seem to be working. I kept pressing the button, but there was no sound, so I couldn't tell if it was actually on or not.

Disadvantages: The soundproofing in the room was very poor. There was significant noise coming from the street, even though I was on the 20th floor. Additionally, the front desk didn't provide earplugs, which resulted in a terrible night's sleep. Advantages: The room was very spacious. Recommendation: If you're sensitive to noise, I highly advise against choosing this hotel.

My stay in the Deluxe City View King Room at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The room had incredible natural light. Pulling back the curtains revealed a stunning panoramic city view, and sitting on the bay window enjoying the scenery was utterly delightful. The bed was impeccably clean with plush, soft bedding, guaranteeing a super comfortable night's sleep. The work area was practical, equipped with a sturdy desk and chair. The bathroom featured a smart wet/dry separation, had a quality finish, and all towels and amenities were neatly arranged. This room is perfectly suited for both leisure and business travelers. My recent stay absolutely blew me away; I have to give this hotel a huge thumbs-up! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was met with incredible professionalism and warmth. The front desk staff, with their friendly smiles, not only processed my check-in quickly and efficiently but also thoughtfully provided recommendations for local eateries and highlighted the hotel's amenities. As someone who appreciates attention to detail, I was thoroughly impressed! The room itself was spotlessly clean, tidy, and incredibly cozy. The bedding was so soft, it felt like sleeping on clouds, and even the lighting was perfectly set. Lounging on the sofa watching TV before bed instantly melted away all the travel fatigue. What truly touched me was the genuine warmth of the hotel's service. Traveling with a child can often be hectic, but the staff proactively helped with our luggage and suggested kid-friendly breakfast options. Even when my baby accidentally spilled a cup of water, a cleaning attendant immediately came to tidy up, remaining gentle and patient throughout, without a hint of impatience. The breakfast spread was a delightful surprise – incredibly varied with a perfect mix of Chinese and Western dishes. The freshly cooked noodles were so fragrant they made my mouth water, and my child absolutely loved it! During check-out, the front desk even thoughtfully gave my child a small gift. While not expensive, this gesture of care truly made a lasting impression and solidified our positive memory of the hotel. From the meticulous service and excellent environmental quality to the genuine human touch, everything was simply flawless. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to the area and will wholeheartedly recommend it to all my friends. A perfect score, truly well-deserved!

Every time I visit this area, I choose to stay here. It's great value for money, conveniently located near a mall for dining, and close to the subway. It's a good choice.
