I. A worthy aspect The whole camp is not big, but it can be seen that it is more attentive. The biggest regret is that I waited for a few weeks, specially adjusted the duty, specially booked the room type of Bobo Pool to make the children happy, and the order will be confirmed before leaving. I didn't expect to call on the way to inform us that the room could not be given to us because of the staff's error (it is worth it to be sincere to give us a new room type on the spot, and send a barbecue package to make up). 2. The service attitude is good, but the service quality can't keep up, and the overall supporting facilities are insufficient. The container at the front desk of the camp entrance can buy simple drinks, and there is no other living facilities in the rest of the camp. Dinner and breakfast delivery are more time-out than expected, and they all make mistakes (it is definitely worth remediating immediately), as guests, there is no other consumption scenario (if ordering takeaways is more than 50min). 3. Not enough entertainment. There are large grass, ducks, kayaks, small beaches, but they are far away. There are cars that can be opened by scanning the code on the side of the road, but the price is not low. It is recommended to use it several times for free for residents. In addition, it is recommended to raise some rabbits, puppies and the like to increase the interactive fun. Overall it is good, especially the service attitude is always online. But I feel that I take into account team building and accommodation. When I am understaffed, the reception ability has not kept up. I wish this camp better and better!
