離5A級天池景區很近，酒店環境優雅，服務熱情，娛樂項目豐富，温泉房去温泉很近，而且泡完温泉的門票
可以上天池減門票50元，非常划算，值得一去。

兒子給訂的房間，帶着孫子來遊玩，特別美，院子帶泡池，水温剛好，服務人員還送來了果盤，紅酒非常滿意，室內館有親子水寨小童玩的項目也很多，孫子玩的特別開心入住期間車接車送特別方便，上天池門票還可以優惠哦

離天池售票處特別近，酒店非常大，去温泉稍微有點距離，不過在接受的範圍內，環境確實不錯，沒想到天池門口有這麼好的酒店，第一次入住，服務也很熱情，唯一遺憾是不知道先入住酒店，然後憑消費小票去天池門票半價，我們是先去的温泉然後入住的酒店哈哈，多花了一百多塊錢。

第一次和家人玩，酒店環境挺好的，也非常大，酒店分為温泉，客房，我們當選温泉房，因為温泉房去室內泡温泉特別方便，坐電梯下樓即可，孩子特別喜歡來，三樓得服務員大姐們特別熱情，一會給孩子找合適的拖鞋，一會交代我們多拿浴巾，帶孩子注意安全，真的是回家的感覺，因為我享受到了賓至如歸的服務嘻嘻，房間設施一般，建議改進，總體來説值得遊玩。

酒店離天池不遠，環境挺美，拍照特別好看。但是不好意思曬出來。房間整齊乾淨。停車比較方便，温泉泡着也比較舒服，有沖浪池，小孩遊玩的滑梯，漂流河，服務態度熱情周到，炎炎夏日泡個温泉心情美美噠！大門口的噴泉，不知道為啥沒開。希望酒店天熱的時候打開會吸引更多的客人。有空還會來遊玩

房間面積挺大，設施有點舊，温泉裏那個果凍浴工作人員有點問題，兩個孩子刷完卡剛進去，換了人去看孩子，又刷了一次卡，看不住大人，你倒是看好你刷過卡的孩子，然後説到退費，找到電腦還要找小票，足足弄了快半個小時，這都不算啥，讓人不解的是，直接説是孩子問題，孩子出去了，所以刷了第二次卡，好，那你去問孩子，然後又不敢問，還有我的孩子身高連門票都沒買，進去都是抱進桶裏的，她怎麼出來，我還沒説，那個男士工作人員刷完卡就不見了呢，坐在工位上好好看着交過錢的孩子，也不用張嘴就把責任推到顧客身上，一句我現在給你退了就完了，好簡單，自己眼睛看不住，嘴巴還胡説，都是對的

酒店員工服務態度差，態度惡劣，衞生狀況極差，換衣間的拖鞋，説是消過毒的，從架子上拿下來的時候還流着水，換衣間滿地滿洗手枱客人用過的物品，我去過新疆的大部分温泉酒店，他們家的服務是最爛的沒有之一。

條件環境非常好，不愧是五星級酒店，房間寬敞，工作人員服務態度好，房間衞生很乾凈，雖然裝修不是很新異，但是整體感覺很舒服，房間可以點餐，就是送餐速度有些慢，温泉很舒服，可能周內吧遊客不是很多，有機會還會光顧。

温泉城在美麗的天池腳下，環境非常優美，湯屋衞生乾淨，獨立泡池服務非常好，室內館非常好玩，停車廠非常大停車特別方便，還有玻璃橋非常震撼因為時間關係沒有去玩，下次一定還要來，多約幾家熱鬧，在新疆旅遊的話，五江温泉值得打卡。
