Miyako Hotel Hakata

If you're coming to Hakata and want to stay near the station, the Miyako Hotel is undoubtedly the best choice. It's a Kintetsu company product that has become increasingly high-end since its capital partnership. It's only a 1-minute walk to the hotel from the station. There's a direct elevator from the ground floor to the 3rd-floor lobby. This Hakata hotel is of a very high standard. The rooms are spacious, the facilities are excellent, the internet is good, and the bed and pillows are comfortable. The design is also great, allowing for separate washing and toilet areas. The service is good; they quickly add more staff when they see a lot of people checking in and out.

The hotel's location is excellent, right across from Hakata Station, which is also Hakata's commercial hub. It's a bustling area with plenty of food and shopping options, offering a one-stop experience. For a Japanese hotel, the room was quite spacious, and the hotel itself is new and very clean. It's also an optimal choice if you're planning to join any local tours.

I stayed for five consecutive nights, and there were no Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk. However, I must commend the hotel's location. The elevator goes directly to B1, which connects to the subway – incredibly convenient! The signage is also very clear, saving me the hassle of lugging my luggage up and down.

The room was spacious and a great value for the price, especially considering how high hotel prices are in Fukuoka generally, and even more so during the summer holidays. The hotel is directly connected to Hakata Station underground, which is incredibly convenient.

The hotel's location is super convenient, right at Hakata Station. You can directly access JR and Shinkansen lines from B1. Popular spots like Musashi Wagyu Rice are right across the street from the 1st-floor exit, and the famous sheep cheese toast is just a 6-minute walk away. The hotel's cleanliness is also excellent, and the rooms are quite spacious for Japan. It's definitely a top choice for family trips!
