Room cleaner than previous time but service still patchy, shavers/razors not sharp . There is an onsen in the hotel

Hotel room is dirty, there was an insect crawling on the floor
There is barely any service, if you need coffee or extra towels, you need to collect it yourself at reception/front desk (but basic toiletries are available at the lobby)
Asked for new pajamas and was told that they only change pajamas every 2 days along with the room service.
Will never come back and will not recommend.
Would cancel another booking I made for a later date but for the same trip, but it is unfortunate that my travel partner didn't want to go through the hassle of booking another hotel.
Avoid at all costs!

I had a wonderful 3-night stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from both the subway and JR station, making it easy to get around. The breakfast offered a good mix of both Japanese and Western options—healthy and delicious, with the cheesecake being a standout treat each morning.
As a solo traveler, I found the bed spacious and extremely comfortable. After long days of sightseeing, the hot springs were the perfect way to relax and ease my tiredness.
Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is just 2 mins walk from the main bus station & the JR Hakata main station. Very happy with the hotel location & the design of my room is pretty modern. They hv their own onsen as well. I will stay here again on my next trip to Fukuoka.

I like this hotel! Excellent location right next to Hakata Station. Facilities are clean. I like the onsen. Good that it is opened until 1am.
