Das Terasma Suite Hotel in Funchal, Portugal, beeindruckt trotz seiner geringen Größe mit einer ausgezeichneten Lage. The hotel is well located, right opposite a forum where you can do your shopping as well as eat. The staff are very friendly, super pleasant, the breakfast is quite expensive, €15 per person but very good, the landscape is just extraordinary I recommend this hotel really nothing to say

As you may ask me how my stay went, as you know we didn't go to Madeira, I made a mistake with the dates, I wanted March and not February and your answer was NO. I won't book anything with Trip.com anymore. Nothing against Hotel Baleira. Many thanks to Patricia who did what she could. Thanks

Хорошее местоположение. Но имейте ввиду, что нет кондиционера. Для меня это было очень тяжело. Вентилятор не помогал.. я не знаю, как тут останавливаться летом в самую жару...а так: хорошо, есть кухня, холодилтник, помогли с утюгом, принесли вентилятор.

Located about 5km from the centre but easily accessible by local bus. Airport bus stop directly outside hotel. Decent breakfast. Rooms a little old and some rooms smell musty. Feels a bit like a package holiday hotel but reasonable value for money. First time I’ve ever seen a hotel place an extra charge for using an in-room safe.

It really is very good, the employees are friendly, the food is very good, very quiet and EVERYTHING is good. We can't wait to go back.

I chose a package for breakfast and dinner. There are four restaurants + buffet options for dinner. Unfortunately, we can’t order a restaurant for two nights. The buffet is really hard to say. After eating one, no dish is delicious. The only thing that can be eaten is the drink to pay. The next night we still chose to go out to eat the dinner included. The hotel is a very traditional European resort hotel, many old European men and women. The room has a ceiling fan and no air conditioning, but we go to the evening in summer and it is quite cool.

The hotel facilities and location are amazing! The rooms are big and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is good with many options. The only negative point is the lack of detail in the service. The y offer only one water bottle per room and charge for refill, they offer no vanity kit or sleepers. Emitem magnólia could be a top hotel in Madeira if they pay more attention to the details. Overall we had a good time anyway.

The hotel is in a good location and the sea view room which we reserved had a nice view of ocean. But, I need to mention that this hotel is not a 4 star hotel. The whole building is old and they kept it in an old fashion way. The bath is not good, they don't offer even water in daily service and neither tea. (which is expected from a four star hotel) The elevator is old and always full, really not suitable for an eleven floor building.
