酒店在泰禾廣場11號嘍，樓下就是購物廣場和美食街。房間帶密碼鎖，要加店主微信才有密碼。空間很大，裝修也很簡單，沙發的椅子腿還是斷的，幸好沒坐。退房想和店主商量延遲一兩個小時，要加25元/小時，真的是實實在在的生意人。

過年提前定的被取消，臨時選了這個，有預期會比較破，但是實際看到還是被震驚了…其實有一些又舊又臟的傢俱還不如扔掉沒有顯得乾淨些，被子也破破的…房東還比較好溝通，定了兩晚第一天晚上到沒辦法第二天就退了，位置比較便利福州站打車十分鐘

太糟糕了，兩個房間的床單都是破的，房間燈是壞的，浴室取暖燈是壞的，兩個房間空調都是拖拉機聲音，進門就一個小強🪳爬過，一衹還死在牆上（可能上個住客拍死的）櫃子、桌子、地上都是灰。停車費還要70元。要不是到零點多了，根本住不了。衞生太差了！！！

非常好好好哈哈哈哈，推薦！！店員也很熱情周到房間乾淨，以後會經常光臨地段不錯沒想到這麼好!太棒了!房間隔音很好很安靜躺着也很舒服。真是性價比很高的一家民宿。推薦!推薦!這次入住的房間非常乾淨，位置優越，總體很棒。非常滿意哦!

房間衞生做的很好，設施齊全，床鋪千凈整潔無異味 房東熱情可靠，值得信賴！房問比較亂衹拍了角落，有沙發茶几小板凳最舒服的就是陽台的，能一整天都不帶膩的!民宿位置簡直是完美，離地鐵口也不遠!看得出佈置上心了。老闆熱情，服務態度超好

在泰禾廣場交通便利房間挺大的如果可以訂到酒店最好不住公寓以後一定要提早預訂酒店隔音不好走廊的聲音和旁邊的大呼聲都能聽到湊合住可以不要有任何期待就好

建議大家慎重考慮，凌晨四點有陌生人按密碼鎖，一直不停的按，會被嚇死，床單上還有頭髮和毛髮，沒有清理乾淨。牙具裏有一個拆開用過的牙刷，好像沒有打掃。

來福州真的非常推薦這家酒店，服務超級好👍、房間衞生也非常乾淨，出行很方便、就在泰和廣場旁邊，走路幾分鐘，交通也很便利，特別方便住店客人出行，價格也很合理，後面朋友來福州玩已推薦住他們家👍👍👍
