1，地理位置不好，周圍都是沒建好的空別墅，晚上挺嚇人，導航也不準確，我們大晚上找了好一會兒，但畢竟在機場附近是郊區勉強可以忍
2.衞生真的不行，床墊上有沒洗乾淨的姨媽血（猜測）床單上也有不明黃色痕跡，導致我們衹敢睡在被子上
3.凌晨的時候停電了，過了好久才恢復。
4.前台基本沒人
總得來説就是自家小別墅改造的，服務衞生態度各方面都不好

説實話雖然是自建房改的但是住宿條件還是不錯該有的都有，房間也寬敞衞生也還行，就是沒有一次性拖鞋，住了兩晚第二天下樓來沒看到老闆，衹看到一個比較年老的跟他説房間請幫我打掃一下我還要在住一晚結果等我出去一個小時回來後啥都沒打掃，第一天白天和晚上房間外面傳來嘎吱嘎吱的聲音，以為是隔壁在挪凳子結果半夜兩三點了還有這種聲音不知道哪來的，請老闆注意一下

為了趕早上飛機，定個離機場近的地方住，沒想到是噩夢連篇，前台黑漆漆沒有人，打電話讓自己拿房卡，網上定的是最好房型，實際是隨便拿房卡，沒有電梯，拎着行李箱上下樓梯很不方便，進入房間味道挺大，窗户開一宿凍夠嗆，嘚嘚瑟瑟剛要睡着，凌晨三點外面雞叫，各種打鳴……如不是一家人，肯定不敢住這裏，位置偏僻，樓棟隨便進出，沒有安全性，從入住到離店，沒見到一個人，周圍好幾棟自建房荒廢樓，慎的慌

差評 第一個房間門鎖壞的 下去申請換一間 換了之後門防盜鏈也是壞的就算了 床品還有一個大洞還説什麼這是洗漱公司洗成這樣的 我想説了 壞還不能換一套嗎？馬桶裏麪還黃黃的 下去説換一下態度還不好 真的是垃圾公寓 避雷

空調電視用不了，問老闆卻一臉嫌棄的樣子，還説愛怎麼弄就怎麼弄…態度一點都不好。送機服務也沒有，和網頁上的情報也不一致…衞生也是馬馬虎虎，不乾淨。床單和枕巾都是黃黃的…蚊子又多，住的這一晚太折騰了，不會有下一次了。

房間寬敞，乾淨整潔，設施齊全。離地鐵站和機場打車都差不多十分鐘。老闆娘很熱情。關鍵是比較便宜。長樂區美食也多，還有海灘。住這裏算是物美價廉。
