I booked this hotel on the recommendation of a good friend. I arrived and I was pleasantly greeted by the experienced and professional personnel, from the concierge to the front desk. I stayed for 4 nights and I must say I enjoyed all. It was a great pleasure after a heavy day to go to the swimming pool and spend a relaxing swim. The meal at the restaurant was good. The breakfast excellent. I only hope that more people occupy the surrounding areas.

The front desk service was amazing. Breakfast wash good but the room service was pathetic. Calls from the room for dinner went unanswered and hubby had to order food online from a convenience store!!!

We arrived at the hotel around 11pm. The staff welcomed us warmly and the check-in procedures were quick and smooth. The room was spacious, clean and the pillows were comfortable. We were given a late check-out, which is very important for a family traveling with children. Thank you

Service: This aspect can only be said to be unsatisfactory. Because there are not many people staying, it feels that the breakfast has only the minimum variety. And the conditioner bottles in the bathroom are actually empty (the big bottles are fixed on the wall. Who will check whether each bottle is empty before taking a shower?), fortunately, it is a family staying, and the other people can ask the hotel to send it as soon as possible.
