Good hotel not too far from the loc attractions indoor pool and hot tub was nice one elevator which was not ideal but overall will stay again

toilet didnt flush properly, sink didnt drain properly, a/c noisey and mattress felt like it was worn out. The comp breakfast
was mediocre at best. however the coffee was hot.

1. the room we had, had no hot water-R118. I complained and they said that's "as hot as it gets".
As I walked by the front desk, later, I said I will have to complain about having no hot water.
Then when I returned, they got me another room-R411, and it had hot water. so, they lied to me about the hot water in the first room being "as hot as it gets".
2. The toilet had no toilet seat cover, I felt like I was at a gas station. No place to sit in the bathroom, or to dry off, I almost put my foot in the toilet several times, because I am used to putting my foot on the seat, to dry my legs.
3. The elevator was very slow. WHY?
4. I used the swimming pool, is was nice, but there was pieces of rubber floating in the pool. not one or two pieces, but hundreds.
This property is not a 3 star in my opinion, its more like a one star. Really poor quality for a Marriot. I probably will not stay there again.

This was rundown, unexpected for a Marriott property. It was certainly good enough for 1 night before our cruise departure. Must use Uber to get to restaurants.

The staff was professional and helpful, the location was clean. The only complaint I have was the hot tub wasn’t really hot. Not a big deal, but overall I was very pleased

Very clean lobby & rooms.
Housekeep services were fantastic & so accomidating/ polite.
Good continental breakfast.
Decently comfortable beds.
Suggestions: deep clean of walls in room, new mattress particularly on pull out sofa.

Staff was kind, but had to ask for tv to be fixed twice, breakfast was stopped early and property is looking very worn.
