Staff is very nice and the hotel is conveniently close to Roosevelt Field Mall, but the property needs some updating: bathrooms, etc.

The property was conveniently located next to shopping centers and not far from the mall. Hotel well kept, friendly staff, great amenities, amd a very nice breakfast.

This property needs updating. New sheets, paint and general updating. Plastic shower curtains were a turn off. Rooms are spacious and were good back in the day. For the money it should have been better kept. Sheets were old and scratchy, won’t stay there again.

They gave us a handicapped room every time you took a shower the water ran all over the bathroom everyday we were cleaning up a flood. Not one day in our stay were we able to take a decent shower. We asked front desk and they told us all the bathrooms were the same I found that to be a little weird. But that’s what was told to us. And to think when we looked in another room while housekeeping was cleaning the bathroom was totally different. So while checking out we thought at least they would’ve given us a discount or took something off the bill or even give a voucher for free stay.

I was very upset that despite being told there was a room clean and available for me, becaause I was not willing to pay an extra $50, I was not allowed to take it having arrived before official check in time.

Staff was so accommodating and kind. Breakfast was delicious. Room was cleaned each day. Walking distance to what we needed which was a bonus. Convenient to highways and restaurants. Would stay again.
