We had to stay in an anexe which was a longish way away and not very welcoming. There was a horrible smell in the bathroom. All in all not a good experience

The rating on the door was shown as 3 star, for me the hotel was friendly, clean, well situated in the town and easy to locate if you take sat-nav with a pinch of salt..... that said i have been in 4 and 5 star hotels that are not as good as this hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Direkt an der Fußgängerzone mit Geschäften und Restaurants.
Das Bad ist ein bisschen klein, aber zweckmäßig.
Nicht schön waren die Betten (Boxspring-mäßig).
Die Matratzen waren zu hoch und gefühlt rund, sodass ich bei jedem Umdrehen Angst hatte, herauszufallen bzw. Probleme hatte mit meinen 1,61 m überhaupt ins Bett zu kommen.
Die Servicemitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich.

Bardzo czyste miejsce, miła obsługa, śniadania z bardzo dużym wyborem, w cenie oraz parking pod samym hotelem.W centrum miasta i blisko sa stacje ładowania aut elektrycznych. Blisko sa rownież restauracje, serdecznie polecam ten hotel

Das Comfort Zimmer war wirklich groß.Fenster zur Straße und zum Busbahnhof. Aber da gutschließende verbaut sind kein Problem. Zimmer verfügte über Klimaanlage und Heizung sowie Kleiner Kühlschrank uns großen Safe, in den ein Laptop bequem Platz fand.
Der Schreibplatz ist (wie fast immer) etwas klein ausgefallen. Eine Lampe, die eine Ablage im Schrank daneben beleuchtet, war beim Arbeiten am Schreibplatz störend (aber leider mit dem Licht am Platz gekoppelt.
Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit!
Alles prima sauber.

Wir haben leider keine gute Erfahrung mit dem Hotel gemacht. Wir haben ein Doppelzimmer gebucht. Anfangs haben wir ein kleines Zimmer mit 2 separaten Betten bekommen, eins links und eins rechts horizontal gestellt mit Schränkchen im der Mitte. Dieses wollten wir natürlich nicht annehmen, da wir es auch nicht gebucht hatten und auch ein Paar sind. Dann mussten wir wieder vollbepackt erneut zurück zur Rezeption, denn das Zimmer war nicht im Hauptgebäude, sondern 2 Gebäude weiter. Danach wurde uns erneut ein Zimmer 2 Gebäude weiter angeboten. Dieses hat extrem nach Rauch gestunken, wie auch im ganzen Hôtel auch. Als Entschädigung haben wir ein Frühstück geschenkt bekommen, welches auch sehr schlecht war und die Gläser sehr schmutzig waren. Gute Lage, aber Preis/Leistung sehr schlecht und enttäuschend. Großes No Go!

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, wir wurden über die Parksituation aufgeklärt und die Impfnachweise wurden kontrolliert. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes und sauberes Zimmer mit ansprechender Inneneinrichtung. Beim schlafen sollte man definitiv die Fenster schließen da die Geräuschbelastung draußen schon recht hoch ist. Durch die eingebaute Klimaanlage isr das auch an warmen Tagen kein Problem. Mit dem Frühstück waren wir allerdings nicht ganz zufrieden. Die Brötchen waren sehr lecker, aber der Kaffee ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig, auch die Sauberkeit der Maschine. Das Frühstücksbuffet bewerten wir als ausreichend.
