Wir verbrachten mit unserem Sohn einige Tage in der Südoststeiermark. Für das Boutique Hotel Demerin haben wir uns aufgrund der schönen Lage in Straden und des Preis-Leistungsverhältnisses entschieden. Die Größe der Zimmer/Suiten und der Bäder war für uns ausschlaggebend. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet, der Service des Hauses sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das kleine Städtchen liegt idyllisch auf einem Hügel und ist sehr gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind individuell eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Für uns war auch die zentrale Lage in der Südoststeiermark sehr wichtig. So hatten wir es nicht weit zu den verschiedenen Ausflugszielen. Das Boutique-Hotel, der Ort und auch die Region bleiben uns positiv in Erinnerung und wir würden gerne wieder ein paar Tage dort verbringen.

Sehr nettes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Boutique Hotel. Unsere Suite war sehr geräumig. Vor allem das Badezimmer. Das Frühstück wurde in Etageren serviert, eine sehr nette Idee. Die Damen an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich und flexibel. Hatten ein Angebot, ansonst ist es schon etwas teuer.

schlechter, unaufmerksamer Service an der Rezeption, Zimmer mit Müllgeruch vor der Tür, bei Zimmerwechsel aufgrund des Müllgeruchs vor der Tüpr wurde vergessen, mir den neuen Zimmerschlüssel im Safe zugänglich zu machen. Nach langem warten kam ich Nachts in mein neues Zimmer, aber dort war mein Koffer nicht da! Dafüür gab es nur eine patzige Antwort , keine Entschuldigung.
