Very bad experience. The hotel under renovation. Still let us stay in terrible condition. I check out early and didn't get any refund. Terrible

30 Dec 22 I rent room 202 Morning I want check out early and want take my money 50 rm back( room security deposit)but no people take care counter and I call ☎️ but no people reply 📌I wrote a note requesting a refund to my e wallet but no one contacted me. So sad😔 very bad service this place

Nice place to stay just for a short period. There’s a bit stinky smell in our room and we found the cockroach the last night we stayed.

- The price is considered cheap for long stay - Bad wifi, not really able to send out messages nor watch videos. But some days are still alright - Spacious room - Air-con's remote was out of battery, wasn't able to alter the fan, swing.. Etc. - pillow is too hard and high :( It's not bad honestly, just some things should be done better. Can't say much due to the affordable price for such a long stay though

Everything is fine here.. Very close to Komtar,the mall & bus station.. room are good with basic amenities..Only, WiFi connection not work as good as usually... Highly recommended for solo travelers like me

AIRCOND NOT WORKING WELL. TOILET DOOR IS BROKEN. WATER FLOW IS TOO LITTLE, PLSS INCREASE THE VOLUME OF WATER SUPPLY. WE CANT EVEN CLEAN OURS RIGHTLY. WE STAY IN A HOTEL TO HAVE A GOOD WATER SUPPLY FOR BATH, IF THE SERVICE PROVIDE IS LIKE THIS, IT IS BETTER FOR US TO JUST SLEEP AT THE ROADSIDE AND USE PUBLIC TOILET INSTEAD. PLS IMPROVE WHAT NEED TO BE IMPROVE. THANK YOU. Sorry if my comments kinda hard.
