Room and bathrooms were clean. The nearby karaoke bar blasts music until midnight every night. Staffer Kamran greeted me warmly, asked what I needed and recommended Penang attractions to see. Feedback to the hotel: the electronic door handles to the room have issues, and there should be more slippers available for the bathroom.

Everything was good except a bit far from the bus stop. And I was confused because there are few Swing and Pillows Hotels nearby.
