The hotel just nice for short trip with reasanable price and good walking distance for all attraction. Very easy access only the reception not really understand english. I like the restaurant opposite the hotel super nice with kampung vibes.

Stayed  nights at Kingston 6 Hotel. Which is better located at the corner plot accidentally through jln bukit bintang and chin tawkit shin strategic location in the bustling area close to jalan bukit bintang, jalan alor night lifes. Several restaurants and groceries within walking distance . Going to top attractions and public transport like lrt and mrt is convenient. However Better to avoid  rides here as it can get very busy.  Walk up to the maintoad for easy accessibility.  Though it gets quite ramai _crowded, especially on weekends, the staff remained mesra! friendly, composed, and professional. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the team handled everything with a positive attitude and tried to solve them in a timely manner, and came up with some solutions to clients' concerns. Truly appreciate their professionalism, effort, and warmth…I’ll definitely stay here again in the future.

My room was right next to an elevated expressway, it was very noisy.  The hotel’s proximity to MRT/LRT stations was an advantage.  Staff were pleasant although they could not get the in-room TV fixed.
The queen size bed was a plus point as it was soft and smelled fresh with clean sheets and 4 soft pillows with clean cases.
Next few doors away was an excellent bak kut teh shop.

If you want convenience to Bukit Jalil stadium, is very near by driving or grab. If you very concern about quality of sleep and cleanliness you may need to consider. Coincidently there is a group of students and they talking louder and door open close very loud…the water flow to the drain is very slow..besides is petrol station and MCD so still ok..parking is at another building no direct access, you need to carry your luggage and walk upstairs and go to hotel lobby but is FOC.. and is raining ..so decide yourselves ..

Everything was good and clean for me. They have a water dispenser as well. The only bad thing was outside parking. Always full. Some days have to park slightly further

Upon checking in, we have to deposit 50RM as per hotel policy. But, they didn’t as I just booked for one day and it was nearly to check out time upon arrival to Hotel because of Bus delay from Singapore. Supposed to check out by 12pm but I checked out at 2pm and just charged 30RM. Room is a quite big and clean, no smell, provided iron and ironing board, but there is no dryer. Hotel receptionist is very friendly and very polite to us so we can say that this is the best ever hotel in this price.

This was my third time stayed at here. For easy access and good location, i will directly search for Swing & Pillow hotel 👍🏻 The hotel near to Masjid Jamek station and have alottt of cafe near it. Tq to Staff Ain and indian lady. 

But my room for this time was at the corner, can see the lrt from your window, even at 2-3am in the morning the sound of motorcycles and more was so loud 😅 if u are a light sleeper not recommend this room. Also the door lock, I really hope u guys change it to the better n new one ya 👍🏻 Thankyouu

We stayed for a night in this low budget hotel, which is located in PJ SS2 business area, surrounded by various shops and eating places, making it so convenient. The room was basic but comfy. 
However, 
▶️ The soundproofing was very poor; we could hear people walking and talking in the corridor, especially one family with kids, they running, playing & shout in the corridor, soooo annoying.
▶️ Cleanliness could have been better as the bedsheets and towels are really seasoned. Although it's a budget hotel, basic hygiene is still essential.
⏩ Its was great that water dispensers and fridges provided.

Clean room, good customer service. Will come again in the future.

If you need a place to just stay overnight, this will be a good option.  Room space is big enough for solo traveler. Nearby has 99 speed mart and 7-11. 

I had a room at the ground floor. It had some machine noise, and if you are sensitive to noises, it might bother you. 

I enjoyed the stay and will come back again.

Clean and comfortable room. Easy to park got a lot off parking spot and really helpfull staff

If you're just looking for a place to shower and resting, then this budget fits all the requirements. The Single room is quite small with very basic setting, and the cleanliness could have been better.
Parking overnight is RM 10 perday.

The location is very close to jonker walk and river cruise and vintage night market, I had a really good time there. The amenities are complete, the hot shower is working very well, the room is very clean, the aircond works as well.

The private toilet is very big, they also provide a mini fridge in the room. 

Their check-in and check out is one of the fastest and most efficient system I have ever met. Plenty of parking lot beside the hotel building.

I love the place very much and would definitely come here again.

Our first experience in any swing and pillow chain. They dont have front desk people. Check in and check out completely using instruction via WhatsApp. But their staff always ready if you need any help so just call.

Good value for the price. Excellent location in jonker street with smooth check-in checkout process.  staff were friendly and polite.  Only drawback is air conditioning dripping inside the room.  would have been higher score if this can be fixed.
